Hi, I am Narina Parrish. I have fourteen years of running grant-funded, state-contracted programs where audits weren't hypothetical.
I've managed multi-million-dollar training operations serving 3,000+ professionals a year, built quality improvement systems that raised satisfaction scores by 30%, and directed the documentation that kept it all defensible.
Doctoral work in Performance Improvement Leadership. And as a minister and co-pastor, I understand ministry operations from the inside, not as an outsider with a template.
