Program Management & Operations Solutions™
Many nonprofits, ministries, and learning & development organizations have strong missions and dedicated people, but their systems haven't evolved to support their next level.
Is Your Organization Experiencing...
Inconsistent processes or workflows
Onboarding that depends on "who's available"
Inconsistent training that varies by facilitator or team
Communication gaps that slow progress
Growth that has outpaced your internal systems
Who I Work With
Mission-driven organizations managing complex programs, often with distributed teams, funding requirements, or growth that outpaced their systems.
Nonprofits - Funder reporting, program documentation, and data systems that make reviews routine.
Ministries & Churches - Structure that protects the mission and the people carrying it.
Growing Small Businesses - Operational systems that scale with you instead of breaking under growth.
Training & Workforce Development Programs - Consistent delivery at scale: onboarding, quality standards, performance tracking.

Organizational Systems & Performance Assessment™
Identify the gaps. Name the cost. Fix the right thing first.A focused executive session, then a written diagnosis. I map how your operations actually run, identify what's breaking and what it's costing you in time, risk, and reporting exposure, and hand you a clear, actionable, and prioritized plan for improvement. You keep the roadmap, whether we work together after or not.

About Me
Hi, I am Narina Parrish. I have fourteen years of running grant-funded, state-contracted programs where audits weren't hypothetical.
I've managed multi-million-dollar training operations serving 3,000+ professionals a year, built quality improvement systems that raised satisfaction scores by 30%, and directed the documentation that kept it all defensible.
Doctoral work in Performance Improvement Leadership. And as a minister and co-pastor, I understand ministry operations from the inside, not as an outsider with a template.
I'm not here to hand you a binder. I build systems your team owns.
Who Is This Not For
This isn't a fit if you want someone to manage day-to-day tasks rather than build the program structures and systems your team will own, if cost is your primary deciding factor, or if you're not ready to change how things currently work.
Let's Strengthen Your Systems
If your programs and operations need structure, accountability, or someone to own the follow-through, let's talk.
